Hoop Exchange Spring Player Showcase – Senior Rpt

Kaiden White, Orlando Olympia: A 6’4 senior, White had an impressive senior season for the Titans and that continued this weekend.  He shot the ball from behind the arc, scored repeatedly off the dribble when attacking the basket, was active on the offensive glass, and found open teammates for easy baskets.  His anticipation of the passing lanes led to many steals and scores.

Caleb Pennyfeather, Oviedo: A 6’10 senior, he’s slender but has some skill to him.  He is fast up and down the court, is a good run/jump athlete, protects the basket and works hard for offensive rebounds.  Pennyfeather handles and shoots the ball okay from the perimeter.  He will get better as he physically matures and gains strength.

Joshand Johnson, Kissimmee Central Pointe: A 6’10 senior, some program will assuredly take a chance on a guy with size that crashes the offensive glass and scores around the basket.  He moves pretty well up and down the floor.

Fabien Spee, Kissimmee Life Christian Academy: A 6’9 senior, Spee is much like Johnson above in that his size and productivity should give him a chance on some collegiate level.  He needs to get stronger but he willingly runs the floor, actively rebounds and both ends and doesn’t mind playing physically.

Anthony Henderson, Pembroke Pines Somerset Academy: A 6’1 senior, Henderson is quite athletic and uses his physical gifts to complete plays over bigger opponents.  An active offensive rebounder, Henderson gets to the ball coming off the rim before much taller players.  His jumper was on target in the game we took in.
