CLASS 1A

No upsets to speak of.  Maybe the greatest surprise was the margin of victory by Madison County over Hawthorne: 30 points.  With highly ranked teams like Madison County, Blountstown, Chipley, and Wildwood, the final four in Class 1A is arguably the strongest possible field it could have.

We were 3-1, as Central Florida Christian Academy played David to the Goliath that is Florida Prep.  A matchup of #1 Miami Christian and #2 CFCA is sadly in a semi-final and not the title game.

The only region where we went 4-0.  Canterbury saved us with a one point win on the road down in Fort Myers.

CLASS 4A

3-1 isn’t too shabby in our picks from Tuesday.  P.K. Yonge survived by one at home to prevent our “sweep”.  The games outside of South Florida were tight (one and three points) while both games down south were decided by double digits.
