Nicolas Honor
At the Disney Easter Classic we ran into Irwin Hudson head coach of the 11u Orlando Hoops. Hudson immediately proceeded to tell us about a generation next player we needed to keep an eye on. His name is 5th grader Nicolas Honor from Orlando, Florida. Hudson thinks he may be better at this stage than former McDonald’s All American Nick Calathes whom he trained. We didn’t see Calathes until the 9th grade but after watching Honor the following day Hudson gets no argument from us. Honor has great ball handling skills and court vision. He has the ability to hit open jumpers or drain the pull up three in transition. Here are a few highlights of the ultra talented guard in action.
